SHIPPING
All orders will ship between 3-5 business days via USPS. Please confirm your shipping address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during checkout. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. Prettier Purpose does not hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages that state it has been delivered or listed as untraceable.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We apologize but refunds are not provided. Exchanges may be acceptable upon review of the item within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Before returning any items, please email us your full name, order number, and reason of exchange to PrettierPurpose@gmail.com. Thank you.
